From the Knees of My Nose to the Belly of My Toes

You could almost walk past this weary looking, red brick house, without noticing anything peculiar about it. It almost seems like something that might happen to a structure left too long neglected. But the crafty way in which the facade is slowly melting into the pavement, peeling away is too surreal to be an accident. Entitled ‘From the Knees of My Nose to the Belly of My Toes’ this is the latest work of British Artist Alex Chinneck whose next plan is to create a row of upside down shops near Blackfriars Bridge. I love the attention to detail and precision with which this work has been carefully created. No smoke and mirrors needed.
